Customer Journeys
The paths customers take before they buy, including how many touches and how long it takes.
Online Attribution
Connect each order to the journey behind it, then see revenue by channel, campaign and product, with new and returning customers separated.
First-Party Tracking
Customers rarely buy on their first visit, and browser restrictions can make them look like strangers when they return. On WordPress and WooCommerce, the OneTruth plugin sets a first-party cookie from your own site and refreshes it for 365 days from each visit, subject to your visitors’ cookie choices. That helps keep long journeys together.
OneTruth reports order value after discounts, refunds and cancellations, excluding VAT and shipping, with non-sterling orders converted to GBP at daily rates.
New vs Returning
Filter your reports by new and returning customers to see where repeat business is flattering your results. Open any order to see its journey and how the credit was shared. Then look at performance by campaign and product, and on Meta down to individual ads and creative.
